Frequently Asked Questions

Arrival

You will be asked to specify in advance the time you expect to arrive. You can arrive at the apartment from 4pm onwards. We will be at the apartment to welcome you personally and show the apartment.

Late arrival

Our apartments are equipped with a system with access codes, if you inform us on a later arrival you will receive your access codes in advance. There are no constraints to arrive in the evening or at night.

Departure

You will receive an email a few days before your departure with what we expect from you on departure day and to make an appointment for departure, you will be asked to leave the apartment before 10am on the day of your departure.

Building security

Only people living in the building have access to the codes that allow access to the building. Concerning the code of your apartment, only you have access to it and no other residents of the building. ApartGent staff also has access with a separate code so they can help you in case of problems.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation up to 1 month before your arrival date in the apartment at no extra cost. If you cancel your reservation less than 1 month before your arrival in the apartment, you will be charged for a full month.

Parking

ApartGent buildings do not have their own parking space inside. However, you will be able to rent a fixed parking space in a residential building at short walking distance.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is one month., but in some cases it is possible to rent for a shorter period. Please contact us for more information.
