Terms and conditions
The normal notification period for renter and owner is 30 days from notification day to stop or extend the contract
Exceptions on the general rule are chapter 11 or equivalent insolvency procedures and/or liquidation procedures. In the latter events all open invoices become due immediately and the rights to stay in the apartment stops immediately.
The tenant shall inhabit the apartment according to the prudent man principle.
On departure the apartment must be left in good condition:
- all dishes done
- all garbage removed and recycled in the storage room on the ground floor
- all personal belongings removed
- all furniture in the same position as on the entry day
- all household equipment clean (oven, fridge, washing machine, coffeemaker, … )
- key of the parking place on the table in the apartment
- no linen to be washed on departure
